Análisis comparativo de eficiencia entre encofrado metálico y convencional de losa aligerada, vivienda unifamiliar, Urbanización “El Prisma&Quot“, Trujillo, La Libertad

Abstract

En la presente investigación se planteó la interrogante ¿Cuál es la eficiencia al emplear encofrado metálico comparado con el encofrado convencional en la losa aligerada de una vivienda unifamiliar, Urbanización “El Prisma&Quot ““, Trujillo, La Libertad? con el objetivo de realizar un análisis comparativo de eficiencia entre el encofrado metálico y encofrado convencional de losa aligerada de una vivienda unifamiliar, Urbanización “El Prisma&Quot ““, Trujillo, La Libertad. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada y de nivel descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental y de corte transversal, la muestra es fue de los paños de losa aligerada comprendidos entre el 2do piso al 4to piso de una vivienda unifamiliar de 4 pisos de la Urbanización “El Prisma&Quot”, Trujillo, La Libertad. Se analizó el tiempo que se emplea en cada cuadrilla para el encofrado metálico de la losa aligerada, tanto como el costo para la partida. Asimismo, se realizó el mismo análisis y proceso para el encofrado convencional. El procesamiento de datos se hizo a través del programa Excel, para finalizar con la organización de los datos en tablas y cuadros estadísticos y comparativos. Se concluyó que el encofrado metálico presenta una mejor calidad tanto en número de usos que son 150, como en el impacto ambiental, impidiendo la tala de árboles y la calidad de superficie, siendo esta más lisa.

The research approach is quantitative, of an applied type and of a descriptive level, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, the sample is made up of the lightened slab panels between the 2nd and 4th floors of a 4-bedroom single-family home. floors of the Urbanization ““El Prisma&Quot ““, Trujillo, La Libertad. The time used in each crew for the metal formwork of the lightened slab was analyzed, as well as the cost for the game. Likewise, the same analysis and process was carried out for the conventional formwork. The data processing was done through the Excel program, to finish with the organization of the data in tables and statistical and comparative charts. It was concluded that the metallic formwork presents a better quality both in number of uses that are 150, as well as in the environmental impact, preventing the felling of trees and the surface quality, being this smoother.
