The present cross – sectional, non-experimental, descriptive correlacional research study. Its purpose was to describe the social and labor factors: age, gender, marital status, work area, and shift in workers of the Golf and Country Club Trujillo, 2022. The sample consisted of 137 workers to whom two instruments were applied, the questionnaire of socio-labor factors and the second of labor risks, the results indicate that in relation to the socio-labor factors such as age, the most representative group with 65. 69% is the adult, in the gender factor with 76. 64% are men; with respect to marital status 45. 99% are cohabitants; in the factor of work area 44. 53% are general services and 68. 61% work in the morning shift. In terms of occupational risk, 62. 04% of workers were exposed to physical risks at a medium level and 49. 64% were exposed to ergonomic risks at a high level. Finally, the results show that there is a highly significant association (where the p value is 0. 000 < 0. 005) between work area and shift with physical risks: Likewise, between age and work area with chemical risks. Also between work area and biohazards. Finally, between work area and shift with ergonomic risks.
