The general objective of the research carried out was to apply the Lean Service methodology in the improvement of operational processes to increase the profitability of the company Tgestiona Zonal Norte - 2021, for which an applicative research of a mixed approach and non-experimental design of Cross-sectional descriptive level that used a sample of 326 work requests attended and registered in the company's EDI system. The initial analysis showed that with the current process it was possible to attend an average of 326 service requests per year with an execution time of approximately 3 days for each service, generating income of more than 5 million soles per year with an average gross profitability 36% with respect to the amounts invoiced. It was identified that by carrying out previous inspections of the client's locations and documenting the service needs with photographic material, the number of service requests attended per year could be increased to 434 and the average time of execution of services reduced to 2 days. With this, it will be possible to eliminate 81% of the causes that affect the gross profitability of the company, achieving an increase of at least 6% mainly due to the reduction in transportation costs.
