ISO 37001 Gestión Antisoborno y su influencia en las Adjudicaciones sin Procedimiento de la U.E. N° 005 III Dirterpol Trujillo, primer semestre 2020 – 2021

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la ISO 37001 Gestión Antisoborno en las Adjudicaciones sin Procedimiento de la UE N° 005 III Dirterpol Trujillo, primer semestre 2020 - 2021. Se utilizó el diseño de investigación de dos grupos comparativos para evaluar las Adjudicaciones sin Procedimiento antes y después de aplicada la ISO 37001 Gestión Antisoborno, donde se aplicó la encuesta al personal que participan en las contrataciones. La población estuvo constituida por los funcionarios y servidores que participaron de manera directa en las Adjudicaciones sin Procedimiento. Como resultado de aplicar las técnicas e instrumentos muestran que la ISO 37001 Gestión Antisoborno influye manera positiva en las Adjudicaciones sin Procedimiento de la UE N° 005 III Dirterpol Trujillo, primer semestre 2020 - 2021, al demostrarse una variación en la reducción en 16 procesos equivalente al importe del valor estimado por S/ 794,287.59. Se utilizó la Tabla de Baremo donde se obtuvo una Influencia Positiva del 33%, lo que confirma la hipótesis planteada.

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of ISO 37001 Anti Bribery Management on Awards without UE N° 005 III Dirterpol Trujillo, first semester 2020 - 2021. The research design of two comparative groups was used to evaluate Awards Without Procedure before and after applying the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management, where the survey was applied to the personnel involved in the hiring. The population was made up of the officials and servants who participated directly in the Adjudications without Procedure. As a result of applying the techniques and instruments, they show that the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management positively influences the Awards without UE N° 005 III Dirterpol Trujillo, first semester 2020 - 2021, by demonstrating a variation in the reduction in 16 equivalent processes to the amount of the estimated value of S / 794,287.59. The Scale Table was used, where a Positive Influence of 33% was obtained, which confirms the hypothesis raised.
