Objective: Determine the functional, mental, affective and family-based assessment of the elders of the senior adult club at the Health Establishment I-4 Santa Julia and Algarrobos de Piura Methodology: Descriptive, observational, prospective, correlational analytic, primary source of information, cross-sectional study. The population was determined by all the senior citizens who belong to the club of the senior citizen of the health facility of Santa Julia and Los Algarrobos, a total of 112. Results: The predominant sex was the female with 70.54%. The age range was 70-79 years (44.64%). The marital status was married (59.82) and the primary level of education (56.25%). Comorbidities presented by older adults, the most frequent was osteoporosis followed by high blood pressure and dyslipidemias with 35.71%. The functional capacities according to the sociodemographic variables found that, the partial dependence, 55.56% were women, 77.78% marital status of married and 66.67% without instruction. Only one patient presented total dependence. Cognitive assessment according to sociodemographic variables, 26.7% mild cognitive deficit, 76.67% were women, 53.33% were unmarried and 66.67% were instructed. Of the 5.35% with moderate cognitive deficit, 66.76% were women and 83.33% without instruction; the patients with depressive alterations were male with 73.91%, 56.52% of married patients and 56.52% with some degree of instruction. The socio-family assessment found that in 66.07% of the studied population presented a social risk and only in 2.68% in which there is a social problem. Conclusion: Only a small percentage showed some degree of dependence, normal cognitive status, without depressive manifestations and the majority of the population studied presented a social risk. When performing the analytical statistics, it was found that depressive disorders in older adults are associated with some degree of dependence and have a certain degree of dependence according to the Katz valuation. It increases by 2.83 times the prevalence rate of suffering from depressive disorders, no association was found between a situation at risk and depressive disorders and multivariate analysis, it was found that a social situation at risk increases by 1.63 (p <0.01 RPa 1.63 [1.26 - 2.10]) times the prevalence rate of suffering from depressive disorders. No association was found between a situation at risk and depressive alterations to the bivariate analysis, in the multivariate analysis, it was found that a social situation at risk increases by 1.63 (p <0.01 RPa 1.63 [1.26 - 2.10]) times the prevalence ratio of suffering from depressive disorders.
