This research was carried out in the Huerto Madre farm that belongs to Agronegocios Génesis, located in the district of Huanchaco, province of Trujillo, La Libertad region, from February to March 2019. The objective was to evaluate the performance of the hybrids: VEGALIM, SUNLIM , INTILIM, UC-157 and ATLAS of the Asparagus officinalis L. Asparagus crop. The design of Completely Random Blocks was handled with five treatments and four repetitions. An analysis of variance was generated to establish the significant differences and Duncan's test of significance at 0.05% probability, to define the superior treatment. The dioecious hybrids used were UC-157 and ATLAS, compared to the male hybrids VEGALIM, INTILIM and SUNLIM. The results showed that in the total weight, weight of class I shoots and number of shoots there was no significant difference, which is why the null hypothesis was accepted, which states that all hybrids behaved in a similar way under warm weather conditions; Regarding the average weight of the shoots, INTILIM (24.3g) was significantly higher than SUNLIM (17.9g), VEGALIM (16.5g), ATLAS (16.1g) and UC-157 (13.4g); Regarding the number of class II shoots, UC-157 had the highest number of open shoots (251 shoots) and the highest number of twisted shoots (49 shoots), surpassing INTILIM, which had the lowest number of open shoots (59 shoots) and twisted shoots. (19 shoots), with respect to the number of flat and flabby shoots, the INTILIM hybrid slightly exceeds ATLAS. Finally, in the qualitative analyzes, the INTILIM hybrid achieved the highest percentage of class I shoots, as well as the highest percentage of flat shoots was had by the VEGALIM and SUNLIM hybrids, with respect to the highest percentage of twisted shoots was had by the ATLAS hybrid. , and the hybrids VEGALIM and UC-157 stood out for obtaining the highest percentage of twisted shoots.
