Education is a spacious concept, within it, we find special education that are for super gifted people or with specific talents, called special abilities. Special abilities, according to the definition, are the main source where it allows the individual to provide stability, face their difficulties, social adaptability and contribute to society. With this definition, we will note that the lack of special education prevents people from showing their special abilities, does not allow them to develop according to their age and limits themselves to advance with their life project. It is given by the lack of commitment of the nation. The result is discomfort frustration, violence, and low self – esteem. For this reason, there is the need to have equipment with adequate environments, with comfort according to the demand of people with special abilities who require a service in special education and that have a suitable infrastructure. To overcome the aforementioned, it is important to evaluate the Jesus Nazareno Special Basic Education Center in the District of Veintiseis de Octubre – Piura (equipment to intervene) and provide a solution, with an architectural proposal that meets the needs of special children and that teach us to give input to our branch.
