Objective: Determine if there is a relationship between skeletal malocclusions with the position and inclination of the lower incisor. Trujillo-2023. Materials and Methods: A prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive and observational study was carried out. One hundred fifty cephalometric analyzes of subjects from 16 to 25 years of age were evaluated. The measurements of the skeletal relationship and the position and inclination of the lower incisor were obtained according to the Steiner analysis. The Sperman's Rho statistical test was used, previously verifying compliance with the assumptions of normality and homogeneity of variances. A significance level of 5% was considered. Results: It was obtained that the position of the lower incisor in class I subjects was 6.31 mm and the inclination of 32.48 degrees. In class II subjects, the position was 7.66 mm and the inclination was 36.43, and in class III subjects, the position was 3.68 mm and the inclination was 22.96 degrees. Conclusion: There is a relationship between skeletal malocclusions with the position and inclination of the lower incisor.
