In this report, the diagnosis of the surface condition of the flexible pavement of the University Avenue section between the Metropolitan and Tomas Valle avenues located in Los Olivos in the city of Lima will be developed. That is why, as a first stage, the inspection and data collection will be carried out for later analysis using the Paver method. Where fourteen sampling units were obtained to be evaluated according to their levels of severity of the same damage present in the rolling folder, thus working the entire section of the avenue. Which led to perform calculations in cabinets as the next stage, performing the quantization of pathologies in relation to their density and corrected deduced value. Thus, when obtaining the diagnosis of both sections, we say that it has a result of 23, which it indicated has a ““Very Bad““ classification. Likewise, the faults that most predominated in section 1 were those of the Crocodile Skin type with 27%, Longitudinal and Transverse Cracks with 19% and Hollows with 12%. On the other hand, section 2 was Crocodile Skin type with 27%, Longitudinal and Transverse Cracks with 18% and Hollow with 13%. Regarding the determination of the average traffic on the road, the information was collected through the vehicle count, locating a control station at both ends of the avenue, inspecting both directions of traffic. Thus, an IMD of 4,836 vehicles/day was found, which, when compared with road capacity regulations, is within the limits of a first-class road, taking into account that the hourly volume of maximum demand is with 1,818 vehicles passing between the 8:00 am. and 9:00 a.m. with a factor of the Hour of Maximum Demand 0.91. In such a way, in order to give a further contribution to the investigation, necessary techniques are indicated in order to provide the best passability to the road where foamed asphalt technology is mentioned to prolong its serviceability and useful life in the wearing course
