El síndrome de burnout y las finanzas personales de los trabajadores del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario de Trujillo, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación trazó como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y las finanzas personales de los trabajadores del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario de Trujillo, 2022; para esto se consideró una investigación no experimental, de corte transversal, descriptiva, correlacional; en una muestra de 157 trabajadores, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y al cuestionario como instrumento; los resultados indican que el nivel de síndrome de burnout del personal es medio en el 55%, la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y el presupuesto personal, el presupuesto familiar y la inteligencia financiera de los trabajadores es significativa con valores de significancia de 0.000 según Spearman, asimismo se obtuvo una significancia de 0.000 y un Rho de Spearman de -0.539 entre el síndrome de burnout y las finanzas personal y un valor Chi Cuadrado = 49,278 > 9,4877 (Tabulado), por lo que concluye que existe relación significativa entre el síndrome de burnout y las finanzas personales de los trabajadores del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario de Trujillo, 2022

The present investigation outlined as a general objective to determine the relationship between the burnout syndrome and the personal finances of the workers of the National Penitentiary Institute of Trujillo, 2022; for this, a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational investigation was considered; In a sample of 157 workers, the survey technique and the questionnaire were used as an instrument; The results indicate that the level of burnout syndrome of the personnel is medium in 55%, the relationship between the burnout syndrome and the personal budget, the family budget and the financial intelligence of the workers is significant with significance values of 0.000. According to Spearman, a significance of 0.000 and a Spearman coefficient of - 0.539 were also obtained between burnout syndrome and personal finances and a Chi Square value = 49.278 > 9.4877 (Tabulated), therefore it is concluded that there is a direct and between burnout syndrome and the personal finances of workers at the Trujillo National Penitentiary Institute, 2022
