For the present research we had as a sample of analysis the work improvement of the educational service Andrés Avelino Cáceres and the activities carried out during the execution of the work in which the risks presented in the execution of the work were evaluated, The different control measures for the prevention of hazards and risks were established through the matrix IPERC and the analysis and promotion of the importance of the general concepts of a security system through safety talks and training talks, all to guide the work in compliance with the regulations that the Peruvian State requires. The author relied on the rule G-050 and the different management tools obtained from the postulates indicated in the standard such as the risk analysis of the work for the diagnosis of hazards, risks and their contingency. As well as the creation of formats for risk survey, the collection of safety statistics and their respective monitoring. These activities allowed the researchers to implement a safety management system which must come hand in hand with a work team trained in the identification, evaluation and mitigation of the risks observed in the work. The tables let us know the reduction of the percentage of incidents and accidents of the work up to 0%; With this obtain an increase in operations without a detriment to the security system
