Abstract: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir el uso del periodismo
ciudadano en los contenidos periodísticos por parte del programa Willax Noticias,
Lima 2021. Es de tipo descriptiva y no presenta hipótesis. Se utilizó la técnica de
observación para analizar los contenidos periodísticos que se emitieron en el lapso
de tres meses y la entrevista para profundizar y cruzar la información de los
hallazgos. La población o universo está conformada por 311 contenidos
periodísticos que hicieron uso del periodismo ciudadano y que salieron al aire en
este noticiero en su edición mediodía, mientras que la muestra seleccionada
corresponde a 95 contenidos periodísticos. Los datos recolectados fueron
analizados utilizando estadística descriptiva, se procedió a la tabulación simple de
acuerdo a los objetivos propuestos en la investigación. Entre los resultados ,
destacan que la especie periodística predominante en los contenidos de Willax
Noticias, que fue elaborada con información del periodismo ciudadano, es la
noticia/off con un 64.2%, el segundo lugar lo ocupa la noticia informativa. El 100%
de contenidos periodísticos se vale de videos para la construcción de relatos
informativos. Por otro lado, el 42.1% de los contenidos duran más de 2 minutos, el
66.3% no se musicalizó y el 62.1% presenta efectos visuales. La temática
predominante fue la policial con un 25.3%, frente a un balance entre salud y política
con un 14.7%. Finalmente, el estudio revela que los rasgos éticos que se pudieron
identificar en el tratamiento informativo de los contenidos periodísticos fueron:
verificación y precisión, imparcialidad y equidad, humanidad y responsabilidad.
The present research aims to describe the use of citizen journalism in journalistic content by Willax Noticias program, Lima 2021. It is descriptive and does not present hypotheses. Observation technique was used to analyze the journalistic contents that were broadcast in the period of three months and the interview to deepen and cross-reference the information of the findings. The population or universe is made up of 311 journalistic contents that made use of citizen journalism and that aired on this newscast in its midday edition, while the selected sample corresponds to 95 journalistic contents. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple tabulation was carried out according to the objectives proposed in the investigation. Among the results, they stand out that the predominant journalistic species in the contents of Willax Noticias, which was prepared with information from citizen journalism, is the news/off with 64.2%. The second place is occupied by the informative news. 100% of journalistic content uses videos to construct informative stories. On the other hand, 42.1% of the contents last more than 2 minutes, 66.3% were not used music and 62.1% presented visual effects. The predominant theme was the police with 25.3%, compared to a balance between health and politics with 14.7%. Finally, the study reveals that the ethical features that could be identified in the informative treatment of journalistic content were: verification and precision, impartiality and equity, humanity and responsibility
