Currently in Peru, people with some deficiency have increased considerably. In the department of La Libertad there are 6,941 people who have some disability, where 2,802 are children and young people between the ages of 5 years to 29 years who need an adequate educational infrastructure for a suitable education, thought about their own needs and characteristics. The province of Trujillo has 14 Special Basic Educational Centers (CEBE), where only 8 are in active status, 50% of the Special Basic Educational Center in active status are private, the other percentage are public Special Basic Educational Centers that do not have with an appropriate infrastructure for the special needs of users. Some of the CEBE that do have an appropriate infrastructure are private, which does not present economic accessibility for many users. In addition, Trujillo has an absence of Special Reception Centers, which are centers that serve abandoned or abused people with some impairment. For this reason, this research seeks to design a Special and residential Basic Educational Center, with a focus on people with sensory deficiency. Educational and residential activity spaces must be planned considering their needs in a way that positively stimulates the educational performance and health of children and young people.
