Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas - Macro Región Centro

Abstract

La presente tesis realiza el análisis de la problemática y cubrir la necesidad de la población de la Macro Región Centro y poder brindar atención temprana en el diagnóstico de enfermedades neoplásicas y poder recibir una atención medica de calidad. Dicha región está conformada por Junín, Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Huánuco Y Pasco. Así mismo se hace un estudio en la oferta y demanda en servicios oncológicos prestados e infraestructura que dan atención a la población en la zona. Para el cumplimiento apropiado de atención se debe disponer de una infraestructura adecuada con equipamiento idóneo, desarrollo de capacidades operativas, administrativas y óptimas condiciones de salubridad. Por ello existe un proceso de descentralización de la atención oncológica lo que lleva a plantear la creación del Hospital III-2 – instituto, que tendrá la función de brindar al usuario un lugar que cumpla con los requerimientos arquitectónicos necesarios para la atención de los pacientes. El proyecto se encuentra ubicado en una zona estratégica por contar con una vía importante principal y una secundaria de fácil acceso y tiempo de traslado de las diferentes provincias de la macro región centro, la Municipalidad Provincial de Concepción emitió las Ordenanzas Municipales Nº 032-2003-CM/MPC, y Nº 006- 2011-MC/MPC donde establecen y disponen que las edificaciones que se ejecuten en la Prov. De Concepción. Desafortunadamente la población debe viajar a Lima para que reciban la atención especializada en el INEN, al no contar con infraestructura que brinde atención oncológica, lo cual perjudica al paciente y genera mayor gasto económico. Debido a estas razones, es primordial la inserción del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas – Macro Región Centro ubicada en la ciudad de Concepción, que contrarreste esta problemática y al mismo tiempo responda a la demanda actual y cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto en favor de la población con enfermedades oncológicas.

This thesis carries out the analysis of the problem and covers the need of the population of the Central Macro Region and to be able to provide early attention in the diagnosis of neoplastic diseases and to receive quality medical attention. This region is made up of Junín, Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Huánuco and Pasco. Likewise, a study is made of the supply and demand in oncological services provided and infrastructure that provide care to the population in the area. For the proper fulfillment of care, an adequate infrastructure with suitable equipment, development of operational and administrative capacities, and optimal sanitation conditions must be available. For this reason, there is a process of decentralization of oncological car which leads to the creation of Hospital III-2 - institute, which will have the function of providing the user with a place that meets the architectural requirements necessary for patient care. The project is located in a strategic area because it has an important main road and a secondary one with easy access and travel time from the different provinces of the central macro region, the Provincial Municipality of Concepción issued Municipal Ordinances No. 032-2003- CM / MPC, and No. 006-2011-MC / MPC where it improved and will have the buildings that were executed in the Prov. De Concepción. Unfortunately, the population must travel to Lima to receive specialized care at the INEN, as it does not have infrastructure to provide cancer care, which hurts the patient and generates greater financial costs. Due to these reasons, the insertion of the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases - Macro Central Region located in the city of Concepción is essential, which counteracts this problem and at the same time responds to current demand and meets the objectives of the project in favor of the population with oncological diseases.
