COAR San Martin - Moyobamba

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo principal identificar el problema central, en relación a las instalaciones del COAR existente en la provincia de San Martin, para ello analizamos la propuesta del modelo educativo, a fin de replicar las acciones que permitan el desarrollo óptimo de las competencias académicas y personales de los alumnos para cumplir con los objetivos propuestos con el MINEDU. El primer capítulo analiza los aspectos generales, el marco teórico, la metodología y la investigación, donde se analiza el estado situacional, se define el problema principal, la población afectada, oferta, demanda, y se determina los objetivos según las necesidades y requisitos normativos. Teniendo como resultado al problema central, la “Falta de una Infraestructura diseñada para el adecuado servicio de estudiantes de alto desempeño”. El segundo capítulo analiza los Criterios de diseño y la Conceptualización e Idea rectora del proyecto arquitectónico. Se explica con detalle que la conceptualización de: COAR como NODO CULTURAL; punto de encuentro al que se llega mediante el eje vial turístico de la ciudad, que recibe a las personas a través de plazas públicas, y se plantea también el diseño de los techos flotantes que generan una sensación de identidad del lugar y además, las instalaciones del polideportivo responderán a un servicio cultural a disposición de las actividades culturales programadas por las autoridades de la comunidad moyobambina y como resultado final se tiene el “Diseño de una infraestructura adecuada para el desarrollo de los estudiantes de alto desempeño”.

It is explained in detail that the conceptualization of: COAR as a CULTURAL NODE; meeting point reached through the city's tourist road axis, which welcomes people through public squares, and also raises the design of the floating roofs that generate a sense of identity of the place and also the facilities of the sports center will respond to a cultural service available to the cultural activities programmed by the authorities of the Moyobambina community and as a final result there is the “Design of an adequate infrastructure for the development of high-performance students.“
