The present investigation proposes to implement an automatic continuous rubber dosage system which is managed through a programmable automaton, which controls the dosage for a set time in order to improve the efficiency of the rubber dosage process in the containers. Quinua Lunch. The study corresponds to an applied and experimental investigation, whose sample is the Danua Trujillo SAC Quinua Lunch packaging line. The developed methodology includes: the documentary compilation, data collection of the packing process line, the design of the parts and the installation of the automatic rubber dosing system in the process line, the modeling of the system in order to calculate the flow rate and as a result obtaining the dosing time, this with the need to control the dosing. First, the rubber dosing process was studied and analyzed in order to have a flow diagram of the activities that workers are currently carrying out, then the automatic system was designed, different components of the local market were compared, the components were selected that are better suited to research. In addition, modeling was done to find the valve opening time using theorems such as Bernoulli and Continuity. The results were reflected in comparative graphs between the manual dosing method and the automatic system, which shows us that the efficiency increased by 33.07%, compared to the manual dosing method.
