The purpose of the report of the current Thesis is to analyze and solve the Pavement Condition Index PCI, of the Kuntur Wasi - Jancos, San Pablo, Cajamarca Region, between Km. 000 to Km. 14 + 100, which presents a pavement Asphalt that is damaged by multiple reasons that are associated with its use, design and construction development, currently presents different faults in the Pavement. That is why, for the asphalt road between Kuntur Wasi - Jancos, the Pavement Condition Index P.C.I. was used, which takes values ranging from 0 to 100 where zero is for the fault condition and 100 when it is in excellent condition. The area was visited and a detailed visual inspection was made, the type of faults that were able to be located had to be noted and the severity of them was determined; Measuring instruments were used, and the type of faults for asphalt pavements was identified, after having done all the survey, the P.C.I. Method had to be performed, in the cabinet applying the calculation. Likewise, based on the results obtained, it is concluded that in the Section of the Kuntur Wasi - Jancos road the P.C.I., is 50.34, which demonstrates that the pavement is within a Regular rating range. Most of the failures were of a functional type which allow the regular traffic of the vehicles, since they do not cause any damage to their pavement structure. At the end of the work, the use of restoration techniques was recommended, depending on the type of fault found, to restore the road to its original condition.
