The present correlational study whose objective was to determine the relationship between lifestyles and the level of anxiety in nursing interns at the Antenor Orrego 2023 Private University. The sample was made up of 91 nursing interns, to whom two instruments were applied. a Lifestyle Profile questionnaire (PEPS-I) and a self- assessment inventory (IDARE). The results show that 82.4% of nursing interns have an inadequate lifestyle in the responsibility dimension of health; that 85.7% have an inadequate level of lifestyles in the Physical activity dimension; that 65.9% obtained an inadequate level of lifestyles in the nutrition dimension; that 82.4% of nursing interns obtained an adequate level of spiritual growth lifestyles; that 57.1% of the nursing interns obtained an adequate level of lifestyles in the interpersonal relations dimension and in the stress management dimension, that 75.8% obtained an inadequate level of lifestyles. And 46.1% present a medium level of state anxiety. And 52.7% had a medium level of trait anxiety. Finally, the results show the sig value (0.000) < 0.01 (significance level), it was highly significant. For this reason, the alternative Hypothesis is accepted. The Pearson coefficient was - 0.426, the relationship is moderate between Lifestyles and State Anxiety. And the relationship between Lifestyles and Trait Anxiety, its value is sig value (0.003) < 0.01, was highly significant. For this reason, the alternative Hypothesis is accepted. The Pearson coefficient was -0.31, the relationship was medium between Lifestyles and Trait Anxiety
