The general objective of this research was to analyse neuromarketing and its influence on the purchasing decision of Cayla SAC customers in the city of Trujillo - 2021. The research problem generated the question: How does neuromarketing influence the purchasing decision of the clients of CaylaSAC, in the city of Trujillo - 2021; raising the hypothesis: Neuromarketing positively influences the purchasing decision of the clients of Cayla SAC, in the city of Trujillo - 2021. The study was non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational. The sample by probabilistic sampling was, m=261 female customers in its totality; applying the questionnaire on a Likert scale. The SPSS V. 26 statistical software was used for data processing and analysis. By means of the Kolmogórov-Smirnov normality test, it was estimated that both variables did not follow a normal distribution (Sig<0.05), since the purchase decision variable yielded a value Sig.= 0.016, which is why the non parametric statistical test Spearman's Rho was applied, which registered a value of 0.388, indicating an association between the two variables. 388, indicating a positive and moderate association of the variables, with a significance of p=0.000 (p<0.005); by regression analysis the influence between variables was (t=7.380, Sig.<0.05) and by the R2Linear statistic the influence between variables was 17.4%. It was concluded, the relationship and association between the variables, the hypothesis that neuromarketing positively influences the purchase decision was accepted; and that there is a relationship between the dimensions of the neuromarketing variable with the dimensions of the purchase decision variable.
