The general objective of this research was to determine how the application of the ABC cost model impacts the net profit of the company Transportes Gervacio S.A.C., Huanchaco - 2023. It was based on a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design. The sample consisted of cost reports and income statements. For data collection, the documentary analysis form and the interview guide were used. The results showed that the company has never applied the ABC costing method and does not have a good control of the costs incurred in the service of the two routes; likewise, the net profit before applying the method amounted to S/ 116,311. Similarly, the implementation of ABC costing was based on the distribution of total indirect manufacturing costs, the shipping activity had a total indirect manufacturing cost of S/. 3,000.00, the transportation activity had a total indirect manufacturing cost of S/. 126,010.00 and the unloading activity had a total indirect manufacturing cost of S/. 6,000.00. The total indirect manufacturing cost was S/ 135,010.00. It was also determined that the net profit after ABC costing amounted to S/ 130,176. Finally, a difference of S/ 13,865 was obtained, so the ABC method does have an impact on the net profit. In conclusion, it was determined that the application of the ABC costing model has an impact on the company's net profit, since a t Student - 3.508 and a p-value = 0.008 lower than 0.05 were obtained.
