The project research carried out, aims to propose and develop an architectural building of educational category, with JEC modality (Complete School Day) that is oriented to comply with the regulations designated for said typology and can be a reference of architecture, leaving aside the classic educational models, mostly simply buildings adapted to the modality, in this particular case joining three educational levels, initial and primary of regular modality and secondary of jec modality. In this way, the project can be oriented towards a constructive proposal with characteristics that resolve 3 important aspects such as the context, the user and the architectural object itself, each aspect with a guide line and adequate architectural strategies to achieve a proposal that integrates the different project components. The secondary educational institutions are the ones that are chosen by national lottery to apply the JEC modality where the new management and pedagogy policies are implemented, but the support policies (infrastructure) are not adequately implemented, since these have been raised in a general way, thinking that it could work in the same way in the II.EE of the coast, mountains and jungle; without taking into account the various factors that influence educational architecture. The department of Cajamarca is the region with the largest number of II.EE selected to implement said model, but it is also the department that has the most claims and requests for annulment, the district of Namora is no exception, which is why a proposal architecture of this educational model is of vital importance. The beginning of the development of the project is focused on identifying the lines that will govern the architecture, once identified these are developed both conceptually and referentially and be summarized in architectural strategies, which gave way to a unique model which was further developed. . The result obtained showed us a landscape proposal in relation to the topography, with differentiated axes, thermally comfortable and that escapes the conventionality of schools.
