The present investigation is of a explanatory, non-experimental, cross-sectional type, its general objective is to determine the influence of ethics taught by the teaching staff, in the academic training of business administration students of the Antenor Orrego Private University, campus Trujillo 2021; to generate self-reflection and promote educational awareness in the regulation of learning. A survey was applied through Google form to a population of 1045 students, from which a sample of 381 students enrolled in the 2021-20 semester was obtained, from the third to the tenth cycle of the aforementioned study program. For this, stratified and random sampling was used. The results highlight the high degree of importance that teachers give to ethics in the professional training of students in its general, basic and specialized dimensions, as well as scientific, professional and civic values based on strategies that allow characterizing it in the profile. of student. The conclusions reaffirm the ethical variable and its performance in the academic development of the students, confirming a positive correlation between the variables. Likewise, it is highlighted that they develop ethical principles and soft skills (teamwork, communication, leadership) and establish better human and organizational relationships in the Institution
