This thesis deals with the analysis of the parameters of resistance to compression, bending and simple traction, for a concrete f´c= 350 kg/cm2 applying Sika® CEM Plasticizer additive and glass powder at 4%, 6% and 8% to reinforce the concrete. The methodology used is quantitative, with a type of applied research and descriptive research design, because information will be collected and standards will be investigated to carry out tests and designs, in order to obtain better results of resistance to compression, bending and simple traction. In the procedure we carry out the analysis of the characteristics of the fine and coarse aggregates through the Peruvian Technical Standard NTP 400.012, then we elaborate the concrete mix design under the guidelines of the American Concrete Institute (ACI 211.1) using Pacasmayo Ico cement with the addition of additive Sika® CEM Plasticizer and glass powder at 4%, 6% and 8%. We selected cylindrical specimens of 10 cm x 20 cm (10 cm in diameter and 20 cm in height) for the compressive strength test of the concrete according to the NTP 339.034 and ASTM C39 Standards, for the simple tensile strength were used witnesses with the same measurements already mentioned, according to the criteria of the NTP 339.084 and ASTM C496 - 96 Standards; We determined the flexural strength test by selecting prismatic cores of 15 cm x 15 cm x 50 cm (15 cm wide, 15 cm high and 50 cm long) according to NTP 339.078 and ASTM C78 standards. Finally, we evaluated the results through comparative tables and graphs of the compression, bending and simple tensile values of the witnesses (standard, standard + 4%, standard + 6% and standard + 8% of glass powder) tested at 7, 14 and 28 days.
