Abstract: Objetivo: El objetivo del trabajo de investigación fue determinar la asociación entre los factores socioculturales y el embarazo en adolescentes atendidas en el Hospital de Bagua durante el periodo de enero a mayo del 2022.
Material y métodos: Se desarrolló un estudio analítico, transversal y retrospectivo. La muestra estuvo constituida por 90 adolescentes entre 10 y 19 años que recibieron atención en el Servicio de Ginecología y Obstetricia del Hospital de Bagua en el periodo de enero a mayo de 2022. Se incluyeron a las participantes según los criterios de selección.
Resultados: Los factores socioculturales grado de instrucción (p=0,034), etnia (p=0,021), religión (p=0,000) y estado civil (p=0,000) se asocian al embarazo en adolescentes.
Conclusiones: Los factores socioculturales grado de instrucción, etnia, religión y estado civil se asocian al embarazo en adolescentes.
