To determine the risk factors for developing stress urinary incontinence in primiparous patients with a history of vaginal delivery. Material and methods: A retrospective case-control study was carried out in which we had 99 primiparous patients with a history of vaginal delivery with a history of vaginal delivery, according to the selection criteria which were obtained based on the presence or absence of stress urinary incontinence, have The statistician odds ratio and chi square have been calculated. Results: Fetal macrosomia is a risk factor for stress urinary incontinence in primiparous patients with a history of vaginal delivery, whose probability ratio obtained was 11.1, this being significant (p<0.05); increased head circumference is also a risk factor for stress urinary incontinence in primiparous patients with a history of vaginal delivery with a history of vaginal delivery whose probability ratio obtained was 4.1, this being significant (p<0.05); Perineal tear is also a risk factor for stress urinary incontinence in primiparous patients with a history of vaginal delivery with a history of vaginal delivery, whose probability ratio obtained was 8.9, this being significant (p<0.05). ; history of miscarriage is a risk factor for stress urinary incontinence in primiparous patients with a history of vaginal delivery, whose probability ratio obtained was 4.81, this being significant (p<0.05); Multivariate analysis was performed recognizing: fetal macrosomia, increased head circumference, perineal tear and history of abortion as risk factors for stress urinary incontinence in primiparous patients with a history of vaginal delivery. Conclusion: Fetal macrosomia, increased head circumference, perineal tear, and history of abortion are risk factors for stress urinary incontinence in primiparous patients with a history of vaginal delivery.
