The main objective of the research was to determine the clinical and epidemiological factors associated with preeclampsia in pregnant adolescents at the I-4 Contumazá Health Center, 2015-2021. The approach used was quantitative, descriptive, analytical and transversal. The study sample was 100%, that is, 150 pregnant adolescents. Results, it was found that 32% of pregnant adolescents presented preeclampsia, there is an association between preeclampsia and clinical factors such as: 24-hour urine test, body mass index, while no association was found with complications and the route of the childbirth with preeclampsia in pregnant adolescents, among the epidemiological factors with preeclampsia; It was found that there is an association with age, prenatal controls and personal history, among pregnant adolescents who presented preeclampsia. Concluding that there is an association with some of the clinical and epidemiological factors with preeclampsia in pregnant adolescents from the I-4 Contumazá Health Center, 2015-2021.
