The current research was performed at Campus UPAO II, located in Nuevo Barraza, Laredo district, Trujillo province, La Libertad region and its main objective was to determine the influence of biofertilizer biol, NPK fertilization and mixed applications on lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) yield. Five treatments were considered, including two checks 100% NPK (T4) y no NPK nor biofertilizer biol (T5). Treatments T1, T2 y T3 were 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 m biol/ha, respectively. Assessing average number of leaves per pl ant, treatments T1 and T3 achieved the best results averaging 33.6 units, over treatment T5, with average 27.2 units. Relating average leaf length, treatment T2 achieved the longest with 26.61 cm, over the other treatments. Relating leaf width, treatment T1 was the first with 21.89 cm, over all the other treatments, compared to treatment T5 with 14.08 cm. Phenological assessments indicated treatments with biofertilizer biol applications were the best results in comparison with check treatments (T4 and T5). Assessing lettuce production (T/ha), treatment T3 was first with 20.23 t/ha, over all the other treatments, in particular, treatment T5 (0 NPK and 0 biol) which was the last with11.98 t/ha.
