The purpose of this research is to determine the Employability Level of Certified Persons in the Impulsa Peru Program in the Commerce Sector. Metropolitan Lima, during the 2016-2018 period. It is an investigation of comparative descriptive type, and of quantitative-qualitative approach; The population under study was made up of the employability reports of certified persons in the 2016-2018 period, the beneficiaries of the program that amount to 35 people and 6 employers. The research techniques used were: The documentary analysis, interview conducted with employers with the purpose of knowing the perception they have about the work performance of certified persons; a questionnaire was also applied to the beneficiaries to know their satisfaction with the Impulsa Peru program. Among the most relevant conclusions it is established that the level of employability of certified persons is high in the commerce sector. Likewise, the companies point out that training or learning for what the Certified Persons of the Impulsa Peru Program go through, is vital to offer better Employability with greater work performance. In relation to the knowledge about the perception that employers have regarding the certification of labor competencies of the Impulsa Peru Program, we have that our results focused on the importance of skill development, from the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion to locate the best workers and respond to the needs of companies, however it is necessary to specify that the Program, fulfills a social function, provides the opportunity to certify people with few resources and unemployed, who for the most part have not been able to complete their studies and have a document that accredits them. The research has allowed to identify the level of employability and the number of occupational profiles demanded, also to know the perception that employers have regarding the certification of labor competencies, and assessing the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the Impulsa Peru Program, period 2016 -2018.
