To determine the level of knowledge about dental care of patients with heart diseases in stomatology students at the Antenor Orrego Private University, 2021-10. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study is observational and cross-sectional, where 133 students were evaluated, from the 7 th, 8th, 9th and 10th cycles, applying a questionnaire virtually, with multiple choice questions. This questionnaire was proposed to 8 expert judges for their validation (0.988). After this, a pilot test was carried out on 15 students (0.803). The level of knowledge was classified as deficient, regular, good and excellent. RESULTS: It was found that the level of knowledge about dental care of patients with heart diseases in the stomatology students of the Antenor Orrego Private University 2021-10, was deficient in 54.14%, regular in 38.35% and good in 7.52%. Regarding the academic cycle, it was deficient in all cycles and less frequently in 9th and 10th cycle with 50%. As for women and men, both had a deficient level of knowledge with 53.68% and 52.63% respectively. CONCLUSION: The level of knowledge about dental care of patients with heart diseases in stomatology students at the Antenor Orrego Private University 2021-10, was predominantly deficient
