Gestión del talento humano y su influencia en la cultura organizacional de la empresa Support Brigades Fire y Safety SAC – Lima, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la gestión del talento humano en la cultura organizacional de la empresa Support Brigades Fire y Safety SAC Lima, 2021. La investigación realizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico de nivel descriptivo, diseño correlacional no experimental y de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 49 trabajadores; para la recolección de datos se usó la técnica de la encuesta con el instrumento del cuestionario, en las que se levantó información sobre las variables de estudio gestión del talento humano y la cultura organizacional. La confiabilidad de los instrumentos se determinó mediante el coeficiente Alfa Cronbach cuyo valor fue de 0.953 para la variable gestión del talento humano y 0.949 para la variable cultura organizacional. El resultado de la investigación demuestra que la gestión del talento humano influye significativamente en la cultura organizacional de la empresa Support Brigades Fire y Safety SAC Lima, 2021. Es decir, a medida que la empresa posea una adecuada gestión del talento humano, la cultura organizacional será alta.

The present investigation had as general objective to determine the influence of the organizational culture in the management of the human talent of the company Support Brigades Fire and Safety SAC Lima, 2021. The investigation carried out was of a quantitative approach, basic type of descriptive level, correlational design not experimental and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 49 workers; For data collection, the survey technique was used with the questionnaire instrument, in which information was collected on the organizational culture and human talent management study variables. The reliability of the instruments was determined by means of the Alpha Cronbach coefficient whose value was 0.949 for the organizational culture variable and 0.953 for the human talent management variable. The result of the research shows that the organizational culture significantly influences the management of human talent in the company Support Brigades Fire and Safety SAC Lima, 2021. That is, as the company has a high organizational culture, the management of its human talent will be suitable.
