The present thesis entitled ““Evaluation of the Last Planner and Balance Sheet to determine the variation of labor yields in the Project: ““Renovation of the Bridge in La Cochaq - Pallac Locality - Cochabamba - Huaraz - Ancash““ had as objective to use the realization of Carta Balance when using them as tools to evaluate the low productivity in the items within the construction industry, in a bridge renovation project, Pallac District, Cochabamba Province, Ancash Department. These tools were measured daily for a month and a half with Balance Sheet formats, where the activity carried out by each worker is classified by three types: Productive Jobs (TP), Contributory Jobs (TC) and Non-Contributory Jobs (TNC). This approach will make it possible to delve into field studies before and after the application of appropriate improvement strategies to reduce irregular jobs found in the field, using the Carta Balance tool, where the use of this tool allows the standardization of activities in current planning. labor, cost and time reduction. The set analyzed are projects in progress, and the study sample is the following projects: trenching, leveling, profiling and manual compaction, concrete flooring, concrete foundation, foundation formwork, foundation steel, concrete abutments, formwork of stirrups and stirrup steel, where productivity is evaluated as a percentage, and this can be reduced by a significant percentage using these tools. The items with the highest incidence were Concrete Foundation and Concrete Stirrups with 16%.
