This research work began by developing a diagnosis of the main operating costs and expenses of the warehouse inventories of the company Corporación Enerjet SAC. The determination of the sample was carried out using as a unit of analysis the income from sale and then the rotation of inventories in order to obtain the products that reported the most income and those with the highest turnover. 27 products were selected from a total of 67 items. Likewise, it was determined that of the 27 articles 17 had a coefficient of variation less than 20% to which the economic lot model was applied and the rest the periodic review model for having a coefficient of variation greater than 20%. The results of the diagnosis were a productivity of 1.53 and inventory costs of S / 1 ́ 777,252.61 during the period 2022. Subsequently, sales income levels were projected for the 2023 period using the moving average model with n = 2 because it was the one that best adjusted to the volatility of historical data. Finally, the inventory models were applied for each product according to what was selected in the diagnosis phase, obtaining a productivity of 2.33 and an inventory cost level of S / S / 1'709,932.99, which represented an increase in productivity in 51.15% and a cost reduction of 3.79% with respect to the initial situation without project
