Objective: Determine the endoscopic and histopathological correlation of gastric and its association with Helicobacter Pylori in the Cayetano Heredia Piura Hospital 2017 – 2018 Methodology: Observational, qualitative, retrospective, transversal study. the sample was conformed by 131 patients calculated with the formula of expected proportions with the Epi Info of a population of 202. The data collection form was used as an instrument Results: The pyloric antrum location of gastric cancer is associated with the presence of H. pylori (p <0.05) and the presence of H. Pylori increases in 1.43 times the prevalence ratio of suffering from gastric cancer in an anthropiloric position rpc 1.43 (0.85-2.41) rpa 1.43 (1.36-1.5). The endoscopic and histopathological correlation according to the kappa coefficient was 0.104 (p< 0.01) showing a slight correlation between both variables. The most frequent type of cancer was histologically intestinal (54.2%), endoscopically Borman III with 43.33% and predominantly pyloric antrum location with 51.91%. H.pylori was found in 62.60% Conclusion: The pyloric antrum location of stomach cancer is related with the presence of H. pylori.
