Abstract

La investigación presentada nace a partir del análisis de la problemática existente, la cual se abrevia en una desintegrada y deficiente infraestructura con la que actualmente cuanta la Municipalidad del distrito de Castilla, provincia de Piura; a esto se le agrega la escasez de un equipamiento propio de naturaleza institucional, donde los pobladores vean posible el desarrollo de actividades de carácter social. La solución arquitectónica propuesta busca una mejora en la eficacia y el desenvolvimiento de las labores administrativas, logrando obtener altos niveles de confort, beneficiándose directamente los trabajadores municipales y el público en general. Del mismo modo, se busca contar con espacios adecuados y modernos que permitan al usuario la realización de actividades culturales y/o sociales sin verse obligado a trasladarse a distintos lugares de la ciudad; para poder llevar a cabo el estudio, empleamos la estrategia de retroalimentación, la cual comprende una investigación cualitativa de campo que nos permitirá recolectar la mayor cantidad de información posible, la cual será imprescindible y ayudará a proyectar una correcta y apropiada infraestructura institucional, logrando cumplir con los objetivos específicos que se han planteado inicialmente.

The research presented is born from the analysis of the existing problems, which is summarized in a disintegrated and deficient infrastructure that the Municipality of the district of Castilla, province of Piura currently has, added to this is the scarcity of institutional equipment, where residents see the development of social activities possible. The proposed architectural solution seeks to improve the efficiency and development of administrative tasks, achieving high levels of comfort, directly benefiting municipal workers and the general public. Likewise, the aim is to have adequate and modern spaces that allow the user to carry out cultural and/or social activities without being forced to travel to different places in the city; in order to carry out the study, we use the feedback strategy, which includes qualitative field research that will allow us to collect the greatest amount of information possible, which will be essential and will help project a correct and appropriate institutional infrastructure, achieving compliance. with the specific objectives that have been initially proposed
