This study entitled ““Analysis of the contracting process in the G2G framework for the technical assistance of the Cusco international airport project““ is of a descriptive Correlational type, its main objective is to analyze the contracting process carried out by the Ministry of Transport and Communications on behalf of of the Peruvian State and KOTRA-KAC on behalf of the Government of South Korea in 2019. The methodology used for this investigation was the documentary analysis of all the information published in SEACE regarding this contracting process, in addition to this there are the documents requested from the MTC through access to public information in accordance with Law No. 27806 and all the information collected from sources such as the project bank, follow-up reports on the execution of the investment and others. As the G2G framework or government-to-government agreement is a different type of contracting, the provisions of the State Procurement Law are not applicable to it, it is governed by the twenty-first final complementary provision of the single ordered text of Law 30225 where it mentions that This contracting is regulated by norms and principles of international law, complying with the aforementioned, as a first step our country declared the object of contracting this project to be of national interest with Supreme Decree 021-2019-MTC, carrying out a market investigation where five countries were found to be interested in providing technical assistance for the execution of the Chincheros airport, being France, Turkey, Canada, Spain and South Korea, the latter being the winning State and celebrating a contract with our government on October 24, 2019 for an amount of $30,194,389.00 (Thirty million one hundred ninety-four thousand vi three hundred eighty-nine with 00/100 dollars) and teni The execution period is five years, starting in November 2019 and ending in October 2024. The administrative bases established in the contracting process limit its development in four phases, being phase 01- EDI Review, phase 02- Procurement International, phase 03-Management of project contracts and phase 04- Commissioning. The project is still in progress, with the winners of phase 2 of the award process being the AICC Consortium responsible for supervision and the Natividad de Chincheros Consortium in charge of execution. Currently, the project is in Phase 3 of the life cycle, where the Government of South Korea through its PMO (Project Management Office) has been providing technical assistance, monitoring and timely control regarding the execution and supervision of the project.
