The objective of the research project is to create a new shelter which replaces the current one named “Hogar Casa de la Niña Belén”, the research raises the analysis of the social problem regarding the helplessness and deprotection of girls and adolescents in the province of Cajamarca, identifying a series of indicators as risk factors and deprotection states of minors, within their different development environments. In this way, the new infrastructure begins to be proposed in a new rural location of the province of Cajamarca within the district of Jesus. This new infrastructure aims to satisfy the needs of girls and adolescents in a state of abandonment or risk, providing an environment that allows their integral growth and the increase of their standard of life, in turn it seeks to integrate the project within the rural community where It is located, in order to generate a sense of belonging between the shelter and the community, providing services such as: Nursery Crib, kindergarten, elementary school, OEC (Occupational Education Center) and Medical Offices as part of the decentralization that allows rapid access From the rural community to these services at social cost, free services are also provided such as access to the Library, Auditorium and DEMUNA, proposing activities such as free talks and workshops. Inside the architectural proposal, it was sought as part of the conceptualization to integrate two straight variables as part of a formal metaphor, the first variable takes the concept of identity making a representation of the Cumbemayo Canal and the second variable takes the concept of what it represents a shelter, taking these two variables we determine the morphological and spatial composition of the project, also, as part of the development of the composition, environmental variables are taken to determine the development of the spatial plot, the location and the volumetry.
