The main objective of the work was to analyze the effectiveness of the Last Planner System philosophy in the dispatch activities of the pre-mixed concrete supply of the Unicon company from January to March, 2019. To do so, it was disaggregated during loading and regulation times; trip; wait and download that the units realize in the plants of Collique and Meiggs of the company Unicon. It was a basic research, of non-experimental, comparative design. The times of the processes carried out by the units of the Unicon company were evaluated, having as contrast standards those established by the entity. We evaluated 5806 data from the Collique and Meiggs plants during the months of January to March 2019. The hypothesis contrasts were performed using the Student's T-test for one sample (α = 0,05). The conclusions showed that both the Collique plant and Meiggs were effective in the timely delivery of pre-mixed concrete supplies to their customers in Lima, with an average time ranging from 99,59 to 123,73 minutes, being less than the time standardized by Unicon (135,5 minutes). The loading and regulation times of both plants was significantly lower than the standard value (15,5 minutes). The travel time from the plant to the work was significantly good, complying sufficiently with the standards established by Unicon (40 minutes). On average, the waiting time and download of material on site is significantly fulfilled only in half of the processes performed, because only, both plants, in the month of February met the standard established by the Unicon company (60 minutes). In January, both plants significantly exceeded this standard value, as did the Meiggs plant in March. In all the evaluated times, except for loading and regulation, there was significant variability values greater than the permissible (20%).
