El Teletrabajo y su relación con la calidad de vida laboral de la población económicamente activa ocupada del Distrito de Trujillo Año 2021

Abstract

En la Tesis titulada: “El teletrabajo y su relación con la calidad de vida laboral de la Población Económicamente Activa Ocupada del distrito de Trujillo, año 2021”; cuyo problema general es el siguiente: ¿ De qué manera se relaciona el teletrabajo con la calidad de vida laboral de la población económicamente activa ocupada del distrito de Trujillo, año 2021? La tesis se realizó bajo el diseño no experimental, transaccional, descriptivo-correlacional, porque se determinó la relación entre las variables de estudio, apoyándose en el método hipotético deductivo, asimismo la población de estudio estuvo conformada por las personas pertenecientes a la Población Económicamente Activa Ocupada del distrito de Trujillo, y la muestra estuvo conformada por un total de 384 personas pertenecientes a la Población Económicamente Activa Ocupada del distrito de Trujillo, para la recopilación de datos se utilizó el cuestionario para cada variable cuyos valores de fiabilidad alfa de Cronbach alcanzados fueron de .865 y .901 respectivamente; el estadígrafo correspondiente para determinar el grado de relación existente entre las variables de estudio fue el coeficiente Rho de Spearman. Se determino que existe una correlación muy alta y significativa entre el teletrabajo y la calidad de vida laboral, con un coeficiente de Spearman Rho=0.917 y con una sig. bilateral equivalente a <0.000 (p<0.000) a un nivel de significancia del 5%; asimismo correlación positiva y muy alta entre la cultura organizacional y calidad de vida laboral en las organizaciones donde laboran la Población Económicamente Activa Ocupada del distrito de Trujillo

In the thesis entitled: ““Telework and its relationship with the quality of working life of the Economically Active Employed Population of the Trujillo district, the year 2021““; whose general problem is the following: How is telework related to the quality of working life of the economically active population in the Trujillo district, the year 2021? The thesis was carried out under the non-experimental, transactional, descriptive-correlational design, because the relationship between the study variables was determined, relying on the hypothetical-deductive method, also the study population was made up of people belonging to the Economically Population Active Employed of the district of Trujillo, and the sample consisted of a total of 384 people belonging to the Economically Active Population of the district of Trujillo, for data collection the questionnaire was used for each variable whose Cronbach's alpha reliability values reached they were .865 and .901 respectively; the corresponding statistician to determine the degree of relationship between the study variables was Spearman's Rho coefficient. It was determined that there is a very high and significant correlation between telework and quality of work-life, with a Spearman coefficient Rho = 0.917 and with a sig. bilateral equivalent to <0.000 (p <0.000) at a significance level of 5%; likewise, a positive and very high correlation between the organizational culture and quality of work-life in the organizations where the Economically Active Employed Population of the Trujillo district work.
