Abstract

La presente investigación de tipo correlacional y de corte transversal, se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre la satisfacción sobre la formación en investigación y la actitud del interno de Enfermería hacia la elaboración de la tesis en la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego. Se aplicaron dos instrumentos a 55 internos; el primero fue el cuestionario de satisfacción sobre la formación en investigación y el segundo sobre la actitud hacia la elaboración de la tesis. Se encuentra que el 28.2% de internos están satisfechos con la formación en investigación, el 43.6% medianamente satisfecho y el 18.2% insatisfechos. Asimismo, el 41.8% tiene una actitud favorable, el 38.2% medianamente favorable y el 20% desfavorable hacia la elaboración de la tesis. Concluyendo que existe una relación significativa entre la satisfacción sobre la formación en investigación y la actitud hacia la elaboración de la tesis en los internos de Enfermería.

The present investigation is of the correlational and cross-sectional nature, is carried out with the finality of determining the relationship between the satisfaction over the formation in investigation and the attitude of the internal of nursing towards the elaboration of the thesis at the Antenor Orrego Private University . Two instruments were applied to 55 internal of nursing; the first was the questionnaire of satisfaction over the formation in investigation and the second over the attitude towards the elaboration of the thesis. It is found that 28.2% of internals are satisfied with formation in investigation, 43.6% are moderately satisfied and 18.2% are dissatisfied. Likewise, 41.8% have an attitude favorable, 38.2% moderately favorable and 20% unfavorable toward the elaboration of the thesis. Concluding that there is a significant relationship between satisfaction over formation in investigation and the attitude towards the elaboration of the thesis in internals of nursing.
