El derecho de defensa de extranjeros en diligencias preliminares por tráfico ilícito de drogas en el Distrito Fiscal del Callao, 2015 - 2016

Abstract

La investigación titulada “EL DERECHO DE DEFENSA DE EXTRANJEROS EN DILIGENCIAS PRELIMINARES POR TRÁFICO ILÍCITO DE DROGAS EN EL DISTRITO FISCAL DEL CALLAO, 20152016”,

tiene como objetivo determinar si se vulnera el derecho de Defensa de extranjeros en las Diligencias Preliminares por Tráfico Ilícito de Drogas en el Distrito Fiscal del Callao, 2015-2016, Aeropuerto Internacional “Jorge Chávez”.

La metodología empleada para la elaboración de esta tesis estuvo relacionada al enfoque cuantitativo. Es una investigación sustantiva, el diseño de la investigación ha sido no experimental, correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo representada por 32 encuestados. La técnica de investigación empleada: la encuesta, con su instrumento el cuestionario para recoger información sobre las dos variables, la falta de un Intérprete y la vulneración al derecho de Defensa de extranjeros en las Diligencias Preliminares por Tráfico Ilícito de Drogas en el Distrito Fiscal del Callao, 2015-2016, Aeropuerto Internacional “Jorge Chávez”. Así como, el Análisis de Actas de decomiso de drogas a los extranjeros, en el Aeropuerto mencionado. Finalmente, la observación directa para detectar el problema.

The investigation entitled ““THE RIGHT OF DEFENSE OF FOREIGNERS IN PRELIMINARY DILIGENCE FOR ILLICIT DRUG TRAFFICKING IN THE FISCAL DISTRICT OF CALLAO, 2015-2016““, has as objective to determine if the defense right of foreigners in the Preliminary Measures for Illegal Traffic is violated of Drugs in the Fiscal District of Callao, 2015-2016, ““Jorge Chávez““ International Airport.

The methodology used to elaborate this thesis was related to the quantitative approach. It is a substantive investigation, the design of the research has been non-experimental, cross-sectional correlation. The sample was represented by 32 respondents. The research technique employed: the survey, with its instrument, the questionnaire to collect information on the two variables, the lack of an interpreter and the vulnerability to the right of defense of foreigners in the preliminary proceedings for illicit drug trafficking in the Tax District of the Callao, 2015-2016, ““Jorge Chávez““ International Airport. As well as, the Analysis of the Acts of confiscation of drugs to foreigners, at the aforementioned airport. Finally, direct observation to detect the problem.
