The interest of the agro-exporting companies of berries in Peru, requires reliable sources of information, information is scarce, export plans and analysis of international markets are mostly limited. The Peruvian entrepreneur has the difficulty to identify potential clients, partners and business opportunities for export to European, Asian and North American countries. The present work identified through the Trademap database the target market to which an export could be directed, this market turned out to be Japan, so it meets the necessary conditions for a reliable export. The external and internal factors identified were: imports, first supplier country, Peruvian exports, availability of transport, consumption per capita, price, market study available, phytosanitary protocol. With the mathematical model, the predicted values of the exported quantity of frozen strawberry were obtained according to the import combination * phytosanitary barrier; price * phytosanitary barriers; consumption * phytosanitary barrier and import * price * consumption, also presented adjusted R 2 and R of 0.899 and 0.774, the model evaluated globally was significant (F = 7.159, p <0.05);Likewise, the mathematical model allowed predicting the behavior of the exported quantity of frozen strawberry under a scenario focused on the presence or absence of the variable ““sanitary barrier““, denoting for example that at a price of US $ 2.07 and a per capita consumption of 1.98. kg / person and without sanitary barrier is exported 584.52 t, otherwise it occurs when there is a sanitary barrier where the quantity exported increases to 726.54 t, reason why it is concluded that the existence of a sanitary barrier increases exports, denoting that Peru It is a country that assumes the challenges in terms of quality, having experiences not only in the export of strawberries but also in the export of fruits and vegetables.
