In this thesis the research aims to design a mixture of concrete Elastomer Thermoplastic for a rigid pavement as a measure of resurfacing in the city of Trujillo, through Whitetopping technique. In order to fulfill this objective, a mixture design for a concrete of fc = 280 Kg / cm2 was determined, all of which was done two (2) designs, a conventional mixture and another aggregate Thermoplastic Elastomer, the latter was reduced in 10% the amount of fine aggregate. It is necessary to know the mechanical properties of the aggregates to determine the proportions of these in the mixture, which were collected from the Ravine de León and used the cement TYPE I of Cementos Pacasmayo because it is more commercial in the area. The two (2) blend types are joined to the same tests, compressive strength with 11 cm x 21 cm specimens, where nine (9) samples were made for each type of mixture, which were tested at 3, 7 And 28 days of curing. The following test was of the flexural strength through the elaboration of beams with the dimensions of performing the same type of sampling. As well as the tests of settlement, temperature and specific weight. An experimental method was developed empirically since it was not subject to normativity, it was wanted to demonstrate the permeability of each type of sample in this method, in which the expected results were not obtained.
