It was a prospective, cross-sectional, comparative and observational study, developed in the historical center of the District of Trujillo and included 70 observers. The study of the comparison of the radiopacity was evaluated using a survey, where the Dentist had to observe 4 periapical radiographs in which there were 4 teeth with a different intraconducting medication inside: Apexcal, Calcifar, Ultracal, Calplus and ordered according to your criteria; of the pulp more radiopaque to less radiopaque. Participants were unaware of the brand of pasta and order. The results showed that 91% of dental surgeons agree that the paste B (Apexcal) is the most radiopaque paste, followed by the pasta D (Calplus) with 91%, with 100% in the order 3 is the pasta C (Ultracal xs) and in the 4th order the paste A (Calcifar). No significant difference was found in the results with respect to the sex and years of experience of the Dentist. Concluding that the most radiopaque paste for Dental Surgeons is the Apexcal paste, followed by the Calplus paste, thirdly the Ultracal xs paste and 4th place the Calcifar paste.
