This thesis has as main object, make the hydraulic modeling of wastewater collection system and treatment plant domestic wastewater Samne populated center, located in Otuzco - La Libertad. Samne, nowsdays has 178 homes, a density of 5 habitants per housing (nowsdays population 890 habitants). Population that has suffered over the years gastrointestinal diseases that usually originate from the intake of untreated water and contamination by feces, not having a sanitary sewer system. As a solution to this problem, the project has a sewer system that covers all the area, bars sieve and a complete treatment plant. Which they are designed taking into account the current regulations of the National Building Regulations (R.N.E.) and the Panamericano Center for Sanitary Engineering and Environmental Sciences (CEPIS). It also has a preliminary environmental impact study, to discover the negative and positive impacts of the project.
