The present research work focuses on the implementation of a remote control system based on an ON/OFF control strategy and GSM technology is the most convenient way to avoid overflow of the water pumping system in the city reservoir of Ascope. In the First Chapter of the present work, the problem that causes the rescue of the Reservoir of Drinking Water of the Municipality of Ascope is addressed. In it expose our goal and give a look at the importance of giving a solution for a while that caused the times lost and discomfort in the population. In the second chapter, the theoretical framework is presented and a valid basis for why the choice of performing a remote control system based on an ON/OFF control strategy and GSM technology is the most appropriate way to avoid bouncing the pumping system Of water in the reservoir of the municipality of Ascope and also to reinforce the solution that is proposing. In the Third Chapter, for the study of possible technologies and the development of the solution, we detail the equipment and accessories used to achieve the objectives outlined. In the Fourth show the results of the selection in the area of Wireless Communication Technology and Control Strategy for the upper level of the Potable Water Reservoir. And in the last two chapters we showed a brief discussion of our results and the conclusions we reached.
