In this thesis, the effectiveness of three doses of earthworm humus and three doses of cow manure on the yield of the potato crop was evaluated. For the test the Block Design will be used Completely at random with 07 treatments and 03 repetitions with a total of 21 experimental plots. Seed of the variety serranita was used, the sowing was done at a distance of 83 cm between rows and 30 cm between plants; first the chemical fertilizer and the total of the organic fertilizers will be incorporated after the seed the area plowed for the experiment was of 1 575 m 2 An NPK formulation of 100: 100: 100 kg/ha was incorporated and the shiguille (Incorporation of soil from both sides, three months after sowing) was applied 90 kg / ha of nitrogen (urea) and hilling (4 months after sowing) we apply potassium foliar, with the potassium fertilizer Omex-k 50. The plot corresponding to treatment 7 (control) was only fertilized with chemical fertilizer but not with humus or manure. The objective of this work is to achieve an increase in the production of the potato crop, as well as to determine the effect of three doses of earthworm humus and three doses of cattle manure. As results, it was observed that the highest plant height (93.97 cm) was for the treatment with earthworm humus of 3 t/ha, the largest number of leaves (50) was for the treatment with earthworm humus of 3 t/ha, the highest number of stems (4) was for the humus treatments of earthworm and cow dung in the proportions 2:0, 3:0, 0:1 and 0:3 t/ha and the highest weight of premium quality tubers (34.78 t/ha) was for the treatment with earthworm humus of 3 t/ha.
