The present work of professional proficiency entitled, it was developed due to the problems presented by the system of drinking water of Town Centre The Central Palma, which was installed over 17 years ago noticing deteriorating infrastructure of pipes, which leaks and low water flow. Add to that the population growth in recent years is added, so that the flow of the current distribution network is insufficient to supply permanently the population. In developing the system design information site collection, supplemented with data provided by the District Municipality of Jaen. Population studies was performed by determining a target population of 996 who occupy housing 109 inhabitants design for a period of 20 years, obtaining the consumption required by the population by 2035. By surveying it was determined that the Town Centre The Central Palma is among the average elevation of 1700 meters, presenting a rolling topography. For studies of soil mechanics has been determined in the presence of organic clays mixed with plant remains in the first 0.30 m study, and a depth that starts from the 0.30 m to the depth explored was 2.00 m, it was found high plasticity inorganic limes, brown and smooth. It has designed the water supply system by WaterCAD Software version 8, through which the hydraulic distribution system that meets the parameters established in the National Building Regulations for these projects was simulated. Finally it resulted preparing the plane and the static analysis of the distribution network using the AutoCAD 2015 software and WaterCAD version 8. The project is classified into eight chapters, which have the following logical sequence: chapter one shows the general characteristics of the study area, as well as problem statement and objectives. Chapter two provides the theoretical framework related to the topic of this project. In chapter three, the methodology used for the preparation of the project is described. In chapter four, the results of the calculations are shown. In chapter five, the results are discussed. In chapter six, the findings are shown and in chapter seven, the recommendations shown.
