Aplicación de un plan financiero y su contribución a la gestión financiera de la empresa logística industrial Edwards E.I.R.L , Trujillo, 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de invest igación realizado en la empresa Logística Industrial Edwards E.I.R.L, en la ciudad de Trujillo, año 2017., titulada “Aplicación de un plan financiero y su contribución a la gest ión financiera de la empresa Logíst ica Industrial Edwards E.I.R.L., Trujillo, 2017, tuvo como objetivo general determinar en qué medida la implementación de un plan financiero contribuirá a la gest ión financiera. Para lo cual se aplicó la técnica de análisis documental, la muestra estuvo conformada por el estado de situación financiera y el estado de resultados, los registros de compras y ventas, cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar, registro de caja, planilla de personal de los años 2015 y 2016. Se utilizó el diseño explicat ivo que permit ió dar respuesta al problema de invest igación; también se ident ificó que la causa para una deficiente gestión financiera es la falta de planeación financiera. El presente estudio se realizó en etapas progresivas como fue, la recopilación de material bibliográfico, la recepción y el análisis documental, posteriormente se implementó mejoras en las áreas con deficiencias y se realizó proyecciones a corto plazo según las expectativas del gerente para luego aplicar el plan financiero en el año 2017. Como resultado de la investigación se confirmó la hipótesis propuesta, que la aplicación del plan financiero si contribuyó a la mejora de la gestión financiera de la empresa Logística Industrial Edwards E.I.R.L, Trujillo, 2017.

The present research work carried out in the company Logist ics Industrial Edwards E.I.R.L, in the cit y of Trujillo, year 2017., entit led ““Application of a financial plan and its contribution to the financial management of the company Industrial Logist ics Edwards E.I.R.L., Trujillo, 2017, Its general object ive was to determine to what extent the implementation of a financial plan will contribute to financial management. For which the document analysis technique was applied, the sample was made up of the statement of financial posit ion and the income statement, the records of purchases and sales, accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash register, personnel list of the years 2015 and 2016. The explanatory design was used to answer the research problem; it was also identified that the cause for poor financial management is the lack of financial planning. The present study was carried out in progressive stages such as, the collect ion of bibliographic material, reception and documentary analysis, improvements were subsequent ly implemented in the areas wit h deficiencies and short -term projections were made according to the expectations of the manager to then apply the plan financial year 2017. As a result of the invest igat ion, the proposed hypothesis was confirmed, that the applicat ion of the financial plan did contribute to the improvement of the financial management of the company Logistic Industrial Edwards E.I.R.L, Trujillo, 2017.
