The present research work is based on the development of a MOTIVATION PROGRAM BASED ON THE SATISFACTION OF WORK TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF STAFF carried out in the sub-area TECHNICAL CATASTRO of the company SEDALIB S.A. - TRUJILLO ““, which has 23 workers in the field and 4 in the office, in the period January 2017 - June 2017. The program was applied to the 23 field workers, because the sub-area was affected by the non-fulfillment of goals, in this case, due to the low performance of its collaborators. The lack of job motivation, leads to a low commitment by the staff towards their work. This is why a study was carried out regarding the motivation of the worker and a work motivation program based on job satisfaction was implemented, which aims to improve the performance of the staff in the SEDALIB S.A. To perform the initial diagnosis, two Likert type surveys were applied: labor motivation test and labor performance evaluation. One of the most important results, after applying the program, was the improvement of 26% more in the indicator of Productivity and Responsibility in the work, which will be reflected, in the fulfillment of the goals of Technical Cadastre. And finally we can conclude that a properly applied labor motivation program positively influences work performance.
