This thesis aims to determine the reliability of the method Italo Latino Americano (IILA) for calculating hyetographs design for rainfall stations Salpo, Quiruvilca and Julcán - Cuenca Moche. Initially the IILA method, which was developed in the programming language ““Visual Basic““ software created it was called ““HydroIILA““ and developed in order to automatically obtain the values of hyetographs design, in the end these results are automated given by the program were compared with other design hyetographs obtained from historical records maximum rainfall in 24 hours, rainfall stations of Salpo, Quiruvilca and Julcán. Our hypothesis stated that the percentage of reliability Italo Latino Americano Method for calculating hyetographs design for rainfall stations Salpo, Quiruvilca and Julcán - Cuenca Moche will be 80%. From the results, we could say for all seasons, the hypothesis was surpassed in all periods analyzed return; Thus the minimum percentage of reliability achieved in the three seasons studied was 82%. It could be inferred that, for periods longer than 100 years back, the percentage of reliability is higher than 86% for all seasons. In addition, it was concluded that the stations with the highest percentages of reliability (Julcán and Salpo) are those that also have a greater historical record rainfall (47 and 46 years, respectively) while having an excellent correlation coefficient (percentage) its variables (IDT), which are 99.71% for and 99.86% Julcán station for Salpo season.
